A real implementation of ERPNext does not end with installation. Even with a simple project, you need to plan data, authorizations, training and the moment of transition to the new system.

If the scope is simple, the decision-making team is efficient, and the data is well prepared, a typical scope for simple to medium-sized projects can be3-12 weeks. However, this is not a universal promise for every company.
What affects the implementation time
The more areas the project covers, the more dependencies need to be agreed and tested.
A larger team means more roles, training, permissions and work scenarios.
Unorganized files and duplicates can prolong the project longer than the system configuration itself.
Basic migration of contractors and products is simple, but full historical data requires a separate plan.
Connections to e-commerce, API, courier and financial systems increase the scope and risk of the project.
Custom changes must be designed, implemented, tested, and maintained.
The decisiveness, availability of the team and timely delivery of data have a direct impact on the schedule.

Can you really run ERPNext in 5-15 days?
Yes, but it's about running the basic version of the system with a simple scope. This includes installation, company setup, basic modules, simple data import and startup training. This is not a full ERP implementation.
How to understand the price of the starter package of PLN 4,999?
This is the price for system launch and basic training with a limited, clearly defined scope. If the project requires more migration, integration, multi-stage testing or extensive configuration, it goes to standard or extended implementation.
Can a data migration really take place in a week?
Basic migration of contractors and products can be possible in about a week if the data is complete and in a meaningful format. Full migration of document history, settlements or data from several systems requires a longer project.
How long does it take to fully deploy ERPNext?
For simple to medium-sized projects, the typical scope of work may be 3-12 weeks. Projects with manufacturing, integrations and custom work typically take 6-12 months or longer.
Is hosting and support part of the implementation?
We do not mix these services. The implementation includes the project of commissioning and preparing the system for operation. Hosting and subsequent support can be selected separately, depending on the needs and expected level of service. Current consulting rates are PLN 280 net/h without the package and PLN 250 net/h for additional hours outside the support package. Details are described on theERPNext support page.
